2nd try

I was looking at some blogs on the internet today, and I had forgotten that I made this. I have had several blogs in the past, but all of them date back to at least 3 years ago, so I think maybe it's time for something fresh. My fiancee and I, Laurie, are getting married in March, and we're heading off to seminary over the summer. Our current plans are to go to Evangelical Seminary in Myerstown PA. She is going to get her M.A. in Marriage and Family Systems Counseling and I'm going to get an M.Div in God. From there, we'll see where things go.

I've been engaged for a year and a half now, and it feels like the longest transition period in my life. I feel like we're already married, we're just not living together yet. It makes it so much harder when she visits me and then has to go home at night. Right now, she's at a conference with Campus Crusade. We just decided we arn't going on staff a month ago. I think we kept trying to convince ourselves that it was the right thing to do but in the end it just wasn't. So here we are, following the Lord.
